Responsible for selling warranty solutions and providing telephonic /email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance and usage of assigned products.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems .
Investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Provides basic remote deployment, Maintenance and consulting services.
Respond to customers technical problems/issues related to hardware, software and networking via email/chat/phone.
Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follows guide lines in issuing services /calls/contacts.
Remains knowledgeable of Dell’s product line ,current industry products and technologies.
Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution .
